Landry Osteopathic Healthcare provides patient-centered care utilizing multiple modalities to assist the body’s natural capacity to heal and enable the patient to become as functional and healthy as possible. Our desire is to develop a fully integrative and individualized plan allowing patients to feel heard and valued and assisting them to become fully involved in their healthcare.

Meet Charles G. Landry, DO

 

Dr. Landry has been a board-certified physician in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM) since 2005. The examination process of the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine requires the candidate demonstrate special skill and expertise in this area of practice. He also became certified in the Sub Specialty of Pain Medicine in 2016. He provides Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment using a variety of techniques as well as several forms of injection therapy.

Dr. Landry is a 2001 graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNECOM) in Biddeford, Maine. He served his general medicine internship through the University of New England at Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine. He then completed a two-year residency specializing in NMM/OMM through the University of New England at Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford, Maine and University Health Care in South Portland. His training has included multiple osteopathic techniques as well as specialized training in prolotherapy, platelet rich plasma (PRP), trigger point injection therapy, dry needling, facet blocks, nerve blocks, and joint ligament, and tendon injections.

Dr. Landry is a native of Maine, raised in the Lewiston/Auburn area and a 1993 graduate of St. Dominic’s Regional High School. Dr. Landry is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Maine Osteopathic Association, and associate clinical professor at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.
